Creative Community Living Services is a leading agency providing in home support for adults with disabilities. We are looking for a nurse to provide administrative as well as hands-on care for our clients in the Greater La Crosse/Onalaska region
What You Will Be Doing, besides working with great people:
- Ensures consistent quality client care
- Provides training and education to staff on an ongoing basis.
- Assists in the maintenance of residents’ charts and review of documentation performed by caregiving staff.
- Provides medically orientated task training, delegation and oversight to staff on an as needed basis.
- Ensures Care Plans are up to date and reflective of a change in condition for each resident.
- Oversees and manages the continuity and consistency of medication including daily/weekly audits including psychotropic reviews.

- Wisconsin Registered Nurse License
