Creative Community Living Services (CCLS) is currently in need of Weekend Caregivers for our group homes located in Milwaukee and Waukesha County.

Hours Available:
- Part time Weekdays and Weekends- ALL Shifts
- Potential opportunities to pick up shifts
- Paid sleep positions available (10.00 per hour)
- Potential to move into a Full-Time position if desired
Responsibilities:
- Assist residents with personal cares and leisure time activities
- Assist with residents taking prescribed medications
- Follow all DHS and CCLS policies, rules and regulations
- Deliver care as prescribed in each care plan
- Record all activity in the medical record
- Adhere to proper documentation
Qualifications:
- High School diploma or GED.
- Six months of experience in an assisted living facility or experience with direct care in any environment.
- Are able to learn and use care plan computer software
- Acceptable criminal background information disclosure
- Acceptable pre-placement drug screen
