Our client in the insurance space is seeking a UX Product Designer. In this role, you will be responsible for planning and designing digital products - collaborating closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to create innovative solutions that enhance usability and drive engagement.
This 40 hour/week contract role starts as soon as we've identified the ideal candidate and has the potential to convert to a full-time, salaried position with benefits. This role requires 3 days of onsite work per week in Raleigh, North Carolina.

- Lead the design process for digital products from concept to final execution.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and inform design decisions.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using tools like Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement innovative solutions for product direction and user experience.
- Maintain and evolve design systems and guidelines to ensure consistency across products.
- Design for multi-channel experiences, ensuring usability and scalability across diverse touchpoints.
- Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to enhance the design process.
- 5 years of experience in UX design for digital products.
- Strong proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite and Figma.
- Experience in user research methodologies and usability testing.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively in a team environment
