Our client, a marketing firm, is looking to bring on a Social Media Manager to support their team. The ideal candidate will lead social strategy and execution across multiple brands in addition to creating short-form content, collaborate on high-impact campaigns, and use data to drive growth, engagement, and conversion. This is a fully remote, freelance opportunity with the potential to go full time.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop cross-platform strategies and content calendars.
- Create and manage short-form content; collaborate on high-production assets.
- Schedule, publish, and monitor posts using social tools.
- Engage with communities and build influencer/partner relationships.
- Track KPIs, run experiments, and optimize performance.
- Present insights and align social with broader marketing efforts.
- Stay current on trends and ensure brand safety.
- Support paid social with creative and performance insights.
- Past experience growing and managing Enterprise level accounts
- Minimum 4 years experience in social media management and strategy
- Previous marketing or agency experience is a plus
- Comfortable working within all social media platforms including IG, LinkedIn, Youtube, and TikTok
- Experience using Metricool, Hootsuite, Sprout, or similar software
