Position Overview
The Shopper Engagement Coordinator will be responsible for supporting the coordination and execution of various projects within the organization. This role requires effective budget management and project management skills to ensure that all initiatives are completed on time and within budget. The ideal candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive project success and enhance operational efficiency.
This role will be 40 hours a week for 6 months and ill report 2-3 days a week onsite in Morristown, NJ. However, the candidate selected can choose what days work best for your schedule to come onsite.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the development and management of project budgets
- Coordinate project activities and timelines to ensure timely completion
- Support project managers in tracking progress and reporting on key metrics
- Communicate with stakeholders to provide updates and gather feedback
- Analyze project data to identify areas for improvement
- Maintain documentation and records for project activities
- Participate in meetings and contribute to project planning and execution
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, or related field
- Proven experience in budget management and project management
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Familiarity with the consumer goods and shopper industry is a plus
