What are the responsibilities and job description for the Senior Product Designer (UI/UX) position at Creative Circle?
This is a Full-Time Direct hire role that has an office in Southlake with M-Thursday 8 AM- 5PM and Fridays 8 AM-12 PM.
About the role
-Own the product surface across web and React Native mobile. The Purchase Compare flow; side-by-side loan options, payment and cash-to-close breakdowns; is a representative artifact of what we expect: dense data made obvious.
-Move fast on exploration. Generate ten directions in Claude, v0, or Lovable by lunch; narrow to two by end of day; hand the dev team a real spec by Friday.
-Take production designs the last 10-20% in Figma; interaction states, motion, edge cases, the small choices that make the product feel finished.
-Build and maintain the design system. Components, tokens, patterns -- the things that let everyone else move faster.
-Sit in on customer calls. Watch agents and closers use the product. Design from observation, not assumption.
AI-first means:
This is the bulk of the role. You're fluent in v0, Lovable, Galileo, Figma Make, Claude and Cursor or whatever has replaced them by the time you read this. You generate; you don't ideate from a blank canvas. Then you curate ruthlessly. You prototype with code-aware tools so the dev team gets something they can actually start from not a static frame and a Loom. You use AI for design-system grunt work: token migrations, component variants, copy iteration, accessibility passes. And you hold the line on taste. The tools generate volume; you decide what's good. That judgment is the job.
What you'll bring:
-5 years designing product, including at least 2 years on a real B2B or consumer software product (not just freelance or agency).
-A portfolio that shows BOTH AI-generated exploration AND polished Figma execution. We will look at both.
-Strong systems thinker; comfortable building and evolving a design system, not just consuming one.
-React Native familiarity. You don't need to ship code, but you understand the medium and its constraints.
-Comfortable working async with a small, distributed team. You over-communicate by default.
Nice to have:
-Prior fintech, proptech, or data-dense product design; calculators, dashboards, financial flows.
-Motion design: Rive, Lottie, or After Effects.
-Real production code chops in Cursor or Claude Code. You've shipped components, not just mocked them.
In this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data. This position is onsite and requires you to work closely with other individuals in a collaborative team environment.
