Our client is the creative marketing team of a global tech leader seeking a Senior Marketing Manager with experience in digital marketing within shopper, consumer, or retail. This is a 1-year, 40 hours/week assignment with likely extension that will be onsite 4 days/week (Mon-Thurs, nonnegotiable) in the Northern NJ office.
The Consumer Marketing Manager Will Be Responsible For
In this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data. This position is onsite and requires you to work closely with other individuals in a collaborative team environment.

The Consumer Marketing Manager Will Be Responsible For
- Communications and product launches
- Strategy and briefs
- Project management
- Creative deployment strategy
- Budget
- Performance standards
- 8 years of marketing experience within retail, shopper and consumer marketing, including 3 years in digital marketing
- Have a deep understanding of traditional, digital and in-store consumer touchpoints, the purchase decision journey, consumer pain points, as well as industry best practices to deliver world-class creative execution
- Proficiency in PPT and Excel
- Strong project management experience and ability to prepare written plans and schedules
- Skills in cross-functional collaboration and ability to lead initiatives across teams
- Ability to travel up to 10% of the time
- Experience working on both the client and agency side is preferred
