Director of CRM Strategy

Seeking a strategic leader to oversee customer lifecycle marketing-from lead nurturing through purchase, ownership, service, and repurchase. This role drives CRM and loyalty strategy across email, mobile, in-vehicle, and dealer channels, with a focus on personalization, data-driven insights, and long-term customer engagement.

Fully remote 40 hours a week

Key Responsibilities

• Define and lead CRM vision across sales, service, and ownership journeys.
• Develop data-driven strategies for acquisition, retention, and loyalty.
• Map and optimize customer journeys across all touchpoints.
• Oversee omni-channel campaigns including email, SMS, app, and direct mail.
• Shape first-party data strategy and ensure compliant personalization.
• Lead a team of CRM specialists and collaborate with cross-functional partners.
• Present insights and performance results to senior stakeholders.
• Guide platform usage (CDPs, marketing automation, loyalty tech).
• Use AI tools to enhance journey mapping, personalization, and campaign efficiency.
