Project Coordinator

Creative Circle is partnering with a large consumer brand to expand an internal creative studio focused on digital-first design and content production. We are seeking an experienced freelance Project Coordinator to join the team in an ongoing 40 hour per week capacity. The hours initially may be fewer than full time but will be 40 hours per week ongoing beginning in July. This role is hybrid in Cincinnati, OH.

The Project Coordinator supports the operational backbone of the studio by organizing projects from brief to delivery readiness. This role ensures creative teams have what they need to execute efficiently by maintaining systems, managing content, and coordinating logistics that keep work moving.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Creative Operations leader and designers to understand project scopes and needs
- Translate briefs into clear execution plans outlining assets, timelines, and owners
- Coordinate creative team needs and help remove blockers to keep projects on track
- Own file organization and systems, ensuring clean structures, naming conventions, and access
- Manage asset quality and delivery, including versioning, formats, and uploads to platforms and servers
- Handle logistics for equipment, meetings, and small productions or events

Requirements:
- Experience supporting creative or marketing teams in a coordination or project support role
- Ability to manage multiple projects, timelines, and deliverables simultaneously
- Comfort working with file systems, asset organization, and content management tools
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate cross-functionally
- Proactive mindset with the ability to anticipate needs and solve problems
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, evolving studio environment
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

This position is with Creative360 (C360), Creative Circle's managed services division. C360 builds and manages creative and marketing project teams and dedicated studios on behalf of our clients. A C360 Engagement Lead will oversee the scope, deliverables, reporting, and operations support, so you can focus on the things you do best!

In this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data. This position is onsite and requires you to work closely with other individuals in a collaborative team environment.
