Position Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Organizational Change Manager to lead and support change management initiatives across the organization. This role is crucial for ensuring successful implementation of strategic projects and driving adoption of new processes, technologies, and ways of working. The Organizational Change Manager will collaborate with diverse stakeholders, from senior leadership to frontline employees, to facilitate smooth transitions and minimize disruption during periods of transformation.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive change management strategies aligned with project objectives and organizational goals. 
• This includes conducting impact assessments, defining change readiness metrics, and creating communication and eng
• Collaborate with diverse stakeholders, from senior leadership to frontline employees, to facilitate smooth transitions and minimize disruption during periods of transformation.
   

Qualifications

• 5 years of experience in change management specifically. Proven experience leading change initiatives as the change lead.
• Works independently and hands-on execution capability. Not just strategy or ginving directions. 
• Leading change initiative across impact ID and mitigation with training, comms.
• Strong stakeholder management and influence

In this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data. This position is onsite and requires you to work closely with other individuals in a collaborative team environment.
