Our client retail client, is looking for a Marketing Operations Manager to join their team in a freelance to full time capacity starting as soon as identified.
In order to be considered for this opportunity, you must be able to work onsite in New York City Tuesdays - Thursdays with Monday and Friday being work from home days. You also must be able to support on occasional weekend events as needed.
As the Marketing Operations Manager, you will be joining the team during a very pivotal period for the company. As the company undergoes a significant brand transformation, they are investing in their marketing, creative storytelling, and customer engagement to build the next chapter of the brand, and the Marketing Operations Coordinator will play an important role in this transformation.
The team is looking for a highly organized, proactive Marketing Operations Manager to support their growing marketing team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys wearing multiple hats, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and can balance project management, logistics, and marketing execution. Reporting to the Creative Director and Marketing Consultant, the Marketing Operations Manager will help keep campaigns, content, events, and brand activations moving efficiently while helping build new processes and ways of working.
The Marketing Operations Manager will be responsible for:
- Coordinating marketing campaigns, creative projects, and content production from planning through execution
- Managing timelines, deliverables, approvals, and cross-functional communication
- Supporting the planning and execution of brand activations, events, and photoshoots
- Handling operational logistics, vendor coordination, shipping, and event support
- Partnering with the creative, merchandising, and marketing teams to ensure alignment and execution as needed
- Assisting with marketing technology and CRM related initiatives as needed
REQUIREMENTS:
- 4 years of experience in marketing operations ideally in a fashion or retail setting
- Exceptional organizational and project management skills
- A self-starter who can create structure and take initiative to solve problems as they arise
- Comfortable working in a startup-like environment with evolving priorities
- A strong communicator who enjoys collaboration and in person teamwork
- Ability to travel and support occasional weekend events as they arise
