Creative Project Manager

Our client, a major airline, is seeking a highly organized and proactive Creative Studio Project Manager to join a dynamic and growing in-house team. This role is pivotal in driving the successful execution of digital marketing campaigns, including email, social media, and web assets. You'll collaborate closely with designers, copywriters, and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and on brand.

Responsibilities

• Project Management: Own end-to-end project timelines for digital asset creation, from intake to delivery, ensuring milestones are met and teams are aligned.
• Budget Oversight: Track and manage project budgets, flagging risks and opportunities for optimization.
• Team Collaboration: Partner with copywriters, designers, and other creative professionals to facilitate smooth workflows and clear communication.
• Process Optimization: Identify and implement improvements to streamline creative development and approvals.
• Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the point of contact for internal teams, providing regular updates and managing expectations.
• Resource Coordination: Ensure the right resources are allocated to the right projects, balancing workload and priorities.
  
  

Qualifications

• 4 years of project management experience in a creative or marketing environment, preferably in-house at a large brand or agency.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, especially email, social, and web.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, Workfront, or similar).
• Comfortable working onsite 3 days per week.
