Position Overview
Our client, a well-known Insurance company, is looking for a freelance Creative Agency Operations Manager (Workfront Admin) to join their in-house agency team through March 2026. This role requires you to be on-site in either their Boston office 3 days per week (ideally), or at the Hudson Yards office in NYC.
This role is a mix of Workfront support (reporting, scoping, planning, implementation, troubleshooting) and project management across a variety of marketing initiatives: from capacity planning, process optimization, to contractor tracking and other operational projects. Your focus will be about 75% Workfront support and 25% strategic marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
- Act as Workfront super-user: setting us up for success by building reports, dashboards, and supporting implementation
- Support agency management function with process optimizations, budget and vendor management, and other ad hoc initiatives
- Develop and maintain project plans, timelines and deliverables
- Ensure clear communication and alignment across senior stakeholders
- 6 years of creative agency creative project management experience, ideally agency or in a large IHA
- Advanced knowledge of Workfront
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management
