Copywriter (Project-Based | Pediatric Nutrition)

Location: Columbus, OH (Hybrid - Onsite Tuesday-Thursday Preferred)
Engagement: Project-Based to Start | Potential Ramp to 32 Hours/Week Within 3 Weeks

We are seeking an experienced Copywriter to join a fast-paced Pediatric Nutrition creative team. This role is ideal for a versatile writer who can move seamlessly between healthcare communications and consumer marketing while creating compelling, compliant content across multiple channels.

As a member of the creative studio, you'll develop content for digital, print, eCommerce, email, video, and in-store experiences. You'll partner with designers, strategists, project managers, and subject matter experts to translate complex nutrition and healthcare information into clear, engaging messaging that resonates with consumers and healthcare professionals alike.

What You'll Do

• Create and maintain a consistent brand voice across marketing campaigns and content platforms.
• Develop copy for websites, digital advertising, email, video, eCommerce, sales materials, and in-store marketing.
• Transform scientific, nutrition, and healthcare information into compelling audience-focused content.
• Support campaign concepting and execution while working within legal, medical, and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with creative, marketing, and business stakeholders.
• Present creative ideas and rationale while incorporating feedback from multiple partners.
• Manage multiple projects and deadlines in a dynamic, high-volume environment.

What We're Looking For

• 5 years of copywriting experience in an agency or in-house creative environment.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating a range of work, including healthcare or regulated-industry content and consumer-facing campaigns.
• Ability to be creative within established brand, legal, medical, and claims-based guidelines.
• Excellent writing, editing, proofreading, and presentation skills.
• Experience balancing strategic thinking with hands-on content development.
• Ability to manage shifting priorities and multiple concurrent projects.
• Healthcare, nutrition, pharmaceutical, or other regulated-industry experience preferred.

In this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data, including medical data. This position is onsite and requires you to work closely with other individuals in a collaborative team environment. Additionally, drug products may be present in the workplace.
