Art Director

Our fintech client is looking for an Art Director to join their Creative Paid Digital team. This role blends conceptual thinking with hands-on design and is perfect for someone who thrives in a fastmoving, global, mission driven environment. This is a contract to hire role based in Seattle, WA (50% onsite) 40hrs/week for 6 months before converting.

In this role, the Art Director will:
- Concept and execute campaigns for global markets, primarily within video and paid media
- Create video and static for YouTube, Universal App Campaigns, HTML5, TikTok, and Meta
- Concept, design and execute customer-facing campaigns with copywriters that are
on-brand, highly relevant and drive continuously improving results.
- Establish and maintain a strong understanding of all aspects of audiences from the
Philippines, Latin America, India and more, to ensure you are creating highly relevant
creative that resonates.
- Present creative to internal stakeholders, sharing rationale or data to support your
decision making.
- Work with Project Managers to ensure creative deliverables and timelines are met.
- Research and keep a pulse on trends, issues, and topics that matter most to key audiences around the world

The ideal candidate will have:
- A minimum 3 years of experience as an Art Director in an in-house creative team
(and/or agency)
- A strong portfolio that demonstrates strategic thinking, visual craft, and attention to
detail
- Consumer art direction and design experience a must; digital brand preferred
- Proven experience collaborating with copywriters while possessing independent writing skills and a fluency with AI writing tools
- A sensitivity and desire to understand various cultures and trends from the Philippines to India to Latin America
