Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) – Full-Time | School & Home-Based Consultation
Creative Behavioral Solutions (CBS) | Methuen, MA & Surrounding Communities
Meaningful Clinical Work. Professional Autonomy. Minimal Travel.
Looking for a BCBA position where you can focus on meaningful clinical work without spending your day driving between distant locations?
At Creative Behavioral Solutions (CBS), we believe great clinical work happens when BCBAs have the autonomy, resources, and collaborative support to do what they do best.
We are a BCBA-owned organization seeking a full-time Board Certified Behavior Analyst to provide individualized, evidence-based ABA services in school and home settings within a localized service area centered around Methuen, Massachusetts.
Unlike positions requiring extensive travel across multiple regions, our services are concentrated within nearby communities, allowing clinicians to spend more time supporting students, families, and educators—and less time on the road.
No insurance credentialing required. Our current services are provided through school district contracts, allowing you to focus on clinical assessment, consultation, intervention development, and meaningful outcomes.
Why Join CBS?
We recognize that BCBAs thrive when they are trusted as professionals, supported by colleagues, and given opportunities to grow.
What makes CBS different:
- Minimal travel: Work within a concentrated geographic area around Methuen, MA, rather than traveling throughout the state.
- Clinical autonomy and flexibility: Independently manage your clinical responsibilities and schedule while maintaining strong collaboration with your team.
- Meaningful, varied clinical work: Engage in school consultation, home assessments, behavior intervention planning, caregiver coaching, and staff training.
- A collaborative clinical community: Work alongside experienced behavior analysts who value mentorship, professional dialogue, and shared problem-solving.
- A focus on sustainable outcomes: Develop interventions that work in real classrooms, homes, and everyday routines—not just on paper.
- Professional growth: Access ongoing training, continuing education, clinical resources, and opportunities to expand your expertise.
- No insurance credentialing responsibilities: Focus on clinical services rather than insurance authorization and credentialing processes.
