What You’ll Do
Our part-time BCBAs provide individualized, ethical, and high-quality services to children on the autism spectrum and individuals with related disorders. Depending on your caseload, responsibilities may include:
- Conducting in-home caregiver consultation and parent coaching
- Providing ongoing case supervision and clinical oversight
- Developing and monitoring individualized treatment recommendations
- Training and supporting caregivers and direct-care staff
- Reviewing client progress and making data-driven treatment decisions
- Collaborating with families and other members of the treatment team
- Conducting assessments and developing clinically appropriate recommendations as needed
