- Incorporate music, rhythm, movement, visual art, creative play, and hands-on learning into the daily classroom experience.
- Use developmentally appropriate teaching strategies that support a variety of learning styles.
- Maintain a positive classroom environment where children feel safe, supported, and excited to learn.
- Guide children through routines, transitions, group activities, centers, and classroom expectations.
- Use positive behavior guidance and clear, consistent classroom management strategies.
- Communicate professionally with families, staff, and administration.
- Track student growth, participation, and developmental progress as needed.
- Help maintain a clean, organized, welcoming classroom environment.
- Support the mission and values of Creative Beginnings Preschool.

- Is comfortable with basic singing, rhythm activities, movement, and visual art.
- Is fun, energetic, and outgoing while still able to maintain classroom control.
- Can take a basic curriculum outline and turn it into meaningful, engaging lessons.
- Is dependable, professional, and able to work independently.
- May be a retired or semi-retired educator, former teacher, preschool teacher, childcare provider, or someone with strong classroom experience who is looking for a meaningful part-time role.
