The F&I manager will:
- Interact with guest to help guide them in their vehicle financing, asking questions and listening carefully.
- Explain aftermarket products and extended warranties to guests.
- Proactively consult and guide guests to the appropriate next step in the sales process
- Prepare, verify, and execute all purchasing documents with the sales department.
- Prepare all required paperwork completely, accurately, and efficiently to ensure guest satisfaction from first interaction to vehicle registration.
- Use outstanding communication and listening skills to help negotiate terms that ensure payment options that meets your guests lifestyles, budgets, and expectations; close the deal.
- Provide an exceptional guest experience
- Complete all required trainings identified by the manufacturer and Swope
Qualifications:
Requirements
- Sales Experience (preferred)
- Proven ability to provide an exceptional guest experience.
- Drive to set targeted personal income goals consistent with company standards of productivity.
- Proven ability to exceed established automotive sales and guest service goals.
- Excellent communication, consultative, interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Strong telephone and technology skills. Including; computers, smart phones, and social media.
- The willingness to follow up, and follow-up again, with guests.
- Strong desire and aptitude for continuing growth opportunities. Willingness to follow assigned word tracks & techniques as demonstrated in both training sessions and customer interaction.
- Valid in-state driver’s license and an acceptable, safe driving record.
- All employees must pass a drug screen and background check.
