What are the responsibilities and job description for the Leasing Consultant position at Creations Northwest | HTIP?
The Leasing Agent is responsible to communicate with prospective tenants, show, and lease apartment units.
- Generate and track interest (leads) in the property
- Answer prospective inquiries with 24 (business) hours
- Assist prospective tenants in the qualification and application process
- Drive the lease closing process
- Initiate background screening
- Ensure all fees are collected upon application
- Ensure that all aspects of move-in process are complete in advance of leasing signing
- Perform required office activities and coordinate paperwork related to apartment home rentals
- Highly skilled and professional written and verbal communication
- Detail Oriented
- Organized
- Self-motivated with strong time management skills
- Computer: use of Microsoft Office365: Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Professional: in-person, verbal, and written communication
- Customer Service experience
- Valid Driver's License with access to reliable transportation
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent, a college education is a plus
Salary : $24 - $26
