We’re looking for a Graphic Designer who can blend creativity, strategy, and execution across a wide range of channels—from ads and organic social to retail displays and web design.

What You’ll Do
- Advertising & Organic Social: Design high-converting creative for paid ads and engaging assets for Instagram, TikTok, and other social platforms.
- Web Design: Create graphics for product detail pages (PDPs), homepage banners, landing pages, and promotional campaigns.
- Email: Develop eye-catching layouts for email campaigns that align with brand guidelines and drive engagement.
- Retail: Support design of packaging elements, in-store displays, and other retail marketing collateral.
- Create in-person collateral for sampling events as needed.
- Source, organize, and manage relevant assets within Air. Be comfortable locating relevant assets for yourself within Air as needed.
- Deliver reusable design templates and systems in Figma for the marketing and creative teams.
- Collaborate with marketing, creative, and e-commerce teams through ClickUp to execute projects from concept to launch.
Requirements
- 3 years of professional graphic design experience, with a portfolio showcasing work in health, wellness, and/or supplements.
- Proven ability to design for ads, organic social, web, retail, and email.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma.
- Experience using Air (or similar) for asset management.
- Experience delivering Figma templates for cross-team use.
- Experience using ClickUp (or similar) to manage creative workflows and deadlines.
- Strong understanding of design principles, typography, and brand systems.
- Ability to self-manage, prioritize, and meet deadlines in an asynchronous work environment.
- UX design experience for web and e-commerce.
- Ability to write or refine copy for digital and print assets.
