Creatine is not a niche bodybuilding supplement; it's a foundational wellness product, and Create is building to own the category.
Reporting into the SVP of Retail Sales, you will partner closely with senior leadership, brokers, and cross-functional teams across marketing, operations, and planning. This is a high-impact, highly visible role with direct ownership of some of Create’s most important retail relationships.

What You'll Do
- Full ownership of the Target business end-to-end, including buyer relationships, line reviews, forecasting, promotional planning, trade management, and customer P&L
- Development and execution of omni-channel strategy across in-store and Target.com to drive total account performance
- Broker leadership, ensuring best-in-class execution while maintaining direct ownership of the relationship and strategy
- Building and delivering compelling, data-driven business reviews to Target buyers
- Cross-functional partnership with shopper marketing to develop and execute activation plans that drive velocity both in-store and online
- Structured account planning including volume forecasting, promotional ROI, and distribution expansion strategy
- Acting as a core commercial leader, partnering directly with the SVP of Retail and contributing to overall retail strategy
- 5 years of CPG retail sales experience with direct ownership of the Target account
- Deep understanding of Target’s systems, cadence, and buyer expectations — with firsthand experience managing the relationship
- Proven ability to manage and lead broker partners while maintaining full ownership of the business
- Strong understanding of Target.com and omni-channel retail dynamics
- Solid grasp of account P&L, promotional strategy, and retail math
- Track record of driving both distribution gains and velocity at a major mass retailer
- Experience at a high-growth supplement, wellness, beauty, or food & bev brand
- Familiarity with Wegmans or other premium grocery accounts
- Existing relationships within major broker networks
- Experience scaling a brand from early retail entry to meaningful velocity and productivity
