Role Description
The Building Automation Project Manager is responsible for overseeing projects related to Building Automation systems from inception to completion. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing project timelines, budgets, and resources, ensuring compliance with standards, collaborating with internal teams and contractors, and maintaining effective communication with stakeholders. The individual in this role will also ensure the timely resolution of project challenges. This is a full-time, on-site role located in Sunrise, FL.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of Building Automation systems, Energy Management systems, and related technologies
- Project management expertise, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation
- Ability to coordinate with contractors, engineers, and cross-functional teams effectively
- Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and leadership skills
- Proficiency in project management software tools and relevant technical applications
- Experience in managing projects within the Commercial Building Systems and Services industry is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, or a related field (preferred but not required)
- Strong attention to detail and a results-driven mindset
