Job Description
As a Workplace Consultant at Create Spaces, you will play a pivotal role in helping organizations transform their workspaces into environments where employees thrive. Your responsibilities will include prospecting new clients, presenting our products & services to decision-makers, and closing deals. With comprehensive hands-on training provided, you will become an expert in our various furniture product lines and the sales process within the interiors industry. Responsibilities
- Become an expert in our various furniture product lines
- Prospect new orginizations who need our services
- Present our services to prospects, decision makers, and industry influencers
- Close deals
- Develop ongoing relationships of trust with customers and prospects
- Manage successful furniture projects to completion

Hands-on Training
Create Spaces will provide hands-on training to help you become an expert in the sales process as well as the interiors industry.
Compensation
Salary Commission. This position offers a competitive salary plus commission, providing high earning potential based on sales performance. OTE year one is 90-100K. OTE year 2 is 100-125K. Years 2 goes up from there. Schedule
This is a full-time, in-person position working in our downtown Boise office. This is not a remote position. Working hours are 8 A.M. to 5 P.M. with a one-hour break for lunch.
