Duties Include
- Design, develop, and integrate complex electrical systems for mission-critical applications;
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure system-level performance and compliance;
- Support proposal development and customer engagement efforts, contributing technical insight to business development initiatives;
- Mentor junior engineers and provide technical leadership across projects;
- Ensure designs meet applicable military or aerospace standards and customer requirements.
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field is required.
- Minimum 10 years of relevant experience.
- Extensive experience in business development and program management, ideally within the defense, aerospace, or high-tech sectors.
- Strong understanding of system integration, testing, and qualification processes.
- Familiarity with industry standards and regulatory requirements for aerospace and defense products (e.g., AS9100).
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
