Key Responsibilities
Customer Service & Reception
- Answer incoming calls and route them to the correct department
- Interaction with customers, adjusters, and contractors
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide basic job status updates
- Create job folders, labels, inventory sheets and maintain customer files
- Prepare new job and delivery/pickup paperwork
- Assist with scheduling pickups, deliveries, and pack-outs
- Upload documents, notes, and photos into job files
- Update production boards and workflow reports
- Previous receptionist, customer service, office admin, warehouse office, or restoration experience is a plus
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Comfortable multitasking and working in a busy environment
- Basic computer skills (Outlook, PDFs, Excel, Microsoft 365)
- Willing to assist in production areas as needed (light lifting up to 25 lbs)
- Dependable, professional, and organized
