What are the responsibilities and job description for the Business Development position at CRDN of Northeast & Southeast Wisconsin?
Summary: Markets and sells our services regarding the restoration of smoke and water damaged contents to adjusters, contractors, and homeowners in person and over the phone in the NE part of our territory which is Sheboygan and north.
Candidate can live anywhere but the focus is on North East part of WI.
Valid drivers license required
First Responder: Meets with homeowner as directed by manager and answers questions concerning the restoration process on new losses. Pack out rush when needed and coordinate with project manager to schedule full pack out. Follows up with homeowner until job is turned over to project manager. Uses job as a touch point for contractors and adjusters periodically until delivered.
Development
- Works with manager and other sales professionals to identify and develop new prospects.
- Works with manager to call on regular and prospective customers, adjusters and contractors to solicit orders. Face-to-face whenever possible otherwise contact by phone or email.
-Ability to do scopes and “estimates” when requested
-Assists in collection efforts or delivery if needed.
-Assist in investigating and resolving customer problems as needed
-Scheduled office time to review jobs and discuss pertinent items with General manager
-Directs entertainment of lunches, tickets and outing toward clients in a timely fashion
-works with administrative assistant to keep account activities and literature up to date
-Help with development and scheduling of virtual meeting/education of adjusters and contactors.
-Scheduling and follow through of industry functions and meetings
- Set up a quarterly goal calendar of events and potential functions along with prospecting ideas for future events
-Set up a Yearly event calendar for repeat functions and work with General Manager to determine if they are worth doing every year
