Job Description
What You’ll Be Doing
- Drive enterprise sales growth across utility and energy markets
- Build relationships with utility executives, operational leaders, and key stakeholders
- Develop strategic opportunities within grid modernization and digital energy initiatives
- Lead complex multi-stakeholder enterprise sales cycles
- Partner with technical and delivery teams to craft customer-focused solutions
- Support initiatives involving:
- utility modernization
- automation
- renewable integration
- smart infrastructure
- cybersecurity
- energy management
- IT/OT integration
- Manage large enterprise opportunities from prospecting through close
Qualifications
What It Takes to Succeed
- 15 years of enterprise sales, business development, or technical sales experience
- Strong background within electric utilities, energy infrastructure, or grid modernization
- Proven success building C-suite relationships within utility organizations
- Experience closing complex multi-million-dollar enterprise deals
- Deep understanding of:
- power systems
- utility automation
- microgrids
- digital energy
- utility cybersecurity
- grid modernization technologies
- Strong consultative sales and strategic advisory background
- Experience leading complex proposals and enterprise bids
- Comfortable with up to 60% travel
