Must have skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience.
• 8 years of experience in enterprise networking, security, and cloud?based solutions.
• Extensive experience designing and deploying NGFW, SD?WAN, Routing/Switching, NaaS, and SASE architectures.
• Strong background in pre?sales engagement, effort estimation, and cross?functional collaboration.
• Proven ability to develop HLDs, LLDs, migration plans, and Statements of Work.
• Deep technical expertise across NGFW, SD?WAN, Routing/Switching, NaaS, and SASE.
• Strong communication skills for customer engagement and sales collaboration.
• Demonstrated leadership in guiding implementation teams and ensuring project success.
• Strong documentation discipline and adherence to architectural best practices.

Responsibilities:

• Pre-Sales & Solution Shaping
• Evaluate proposed hardware and services for technical feasibility and completeness.
• Partner with Sales to clarify solution intent and identify architectural gaps.
• Participate in customer pre-sales calls as opportunities near closure.
• Develop high-level designs (HLDs), migration strategies, and architectural documentation.
• Provide detailed effort estimates and contribute to Statements of Work (SoWs).
• Architecture Development & Delivery Oversight
• Translate approved HLDs into site-specific Low-Level Designs (LLDs) with configuration-ready detail.
• Lead implementation strategy and guide engineering teams to ensure adherence to design principles.
• Provide hands-on deployment support for complex or high-risk components when necessary.
• Maintain ongoing communication with PMO, engineering teams, and customers throughout delivery.
• Documentation, Handoff & Operational Enablement
• Maintain complete architecture documentation, configuration standards, and troubleshooting guides.
• Conduct formal knowledge-transfer sessions with support teams for post-deployment readiness.
• Ensure solutions meet operational, security, and resiliency standards across the lifecycle.
