Full-Time Position
Crawlers 2 Scholars (C2S) is a high-quality Early Learning Center serving children from 6 weeks to 6 years of age. We are currently seeking an exceptional full-time Lead Teacher for our Pre-Kindergarten/Kinder-Prep classroom, serving our oldest children as they prepare for a successful transition to kindergarten.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree required (Early Childhood Education, Elementary Education, or a related field preferred).
- Minimum of one (1) year of teaching experience in an Early Childhood Education program or an elementary school classroom.
- Strong understanding of kindergarten readiness and developmentally appropriate practices for children ages 4–5.
- Excellent classroom management, communication, and organizational skills.
- A genuine passion for teaching young children and creating a positive, engaging learning environment.
Responsibilities:
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Providing a safe, nurturing, engaging, and developmentally appropriate learning environment.
- Leading all aspects of classroom operations, including the safety, supervision, well-being, and personal care of the children.
- Creating and implementing engaging lesson plans aligned with the C2S curriculum and designed to prepare children for kindergarten success.
- Planning and facilitating age-appropriate activities that support children's social, emotional, cognitive, language, and physical development.
- Assessing children's progress and communicating effectively with families regarding their growth and development.
- Maintaining compliance with all New Jersey State Licensing Regulations and C2S policies and procedures.
- Maintaining an organized, welcoming, and attractive classroom and outdoor learning environment, including bulletin boards, learning centers, and classroom materials.
- Building positive, collaborative relationships with children, families, and fellow team members.
