Role Description The Paralegal will support attorneys in creditors’ rights, landlord-tenant, and litigation matters by preparing and organizing legal documents, reviewing case files, and managing deadlines. Daily responsibilities include conducting legal research, drafting pleadings, motions, and correspondence, and coordinating with court personnel, clients, and internal team members. The role also involves maintaining case management systems, ensuring accurate documentation, and assisting with hearing preparation. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Franklin, TN, requiring consistent presence in the office to support attorneys and firm operations.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess skills in Law and Legal Document Preparation, with experience supporting litigation or creditors’ rights matters.
- Candidates should possess strong Document Review and Research skills to analyze case files, statutes, and court rules.
- Candidates should possess clear and professional Communication skills for interacting with attorneys, clients, court staff, and colleagues.
- Relevant qualifications include prior paralegal or legal assistant experience in a law firm setting, preferably in litigation or creditors’ rights.
