Role Description
This is a full-time on-site position for an Associate Attorney at our office located in Raleigh, NC. The Associate Attorney will be responsible for conducting legal research, drafting legal documents, providing legal advice, and representing property management clients in landlord tenant related matters. Key responsibilities will also include engaging in negotiations, attending hearings and trials, and collaborating with other staff to deliver comprehensive legal solutions that meet client needs.
Qualifications
- Strong foundational knowledge in Law, with experience in Lanord Tenat Law
- Experience in providing reliable Legal Advice and counseling to clients
- Proven ability to conduct thorough Research and draft legal documents accurately
- Skilled in Negotiation and conflict resolution
- Exceptional written and oral communication skills
- Excellent time management, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
- License to practice law in the state of North Carolina (required)
- Ability and willingness to travel throughout North Carolina frequently to attend hearings in court
