Rehabilitation Support Services, Inc. is seeking a Licensed Mental Health Professional to join its newly developing Otsego County Youth ACT Team, serving youth ages 10-20.
This is an opportunity to provide meaningful, community-based mental health services while working alongside a multidisciplinary team using a youth-guided and family-driven approach.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide mental health assessments, diagnosis, and individual/family/group therapy
- Develop and monitor individualized treatment plans
- Provide crisis response, de-escalation, and safety planning
- Collaborate with youth, families, schools, healthcare providers, and community organizations
- Participate in team meetings and treatment planning
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation
- NYS Licensed LMSW, LCSW, or LMHC required
- 2 years working with youth and families preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Trauma-informed care experience is a plus
- Bilingual Spanish candidates encouraged to apply
- Valid NYS driver's license required
