About The Opportunity
We are seeking a Solution Key Account Manager, Club to join a growing North America Field Sales team focused on the fitness and wellness industry. This is an outside B2B sales role responsible for developing new business and managing existing accounts throughout the Detroit, Cleveland, and Columbus markets.
This position is ideal for a driven relationship builder who enjoys face to face client interaction, consultative selling, and managing a full sales cycle. The territory includes fitness clubs, boutique studios, and other wellness focused facilities.

What You Will Be Doing
- Develop new business opportunities throughout the assigned territory
- Manage and grow existing client relationships
- Own the full sales cycle from prospecting through closing
- Conduct daily in-person client visits and presentations
- Travel regularly throughout the territory
- Deliver a high level of customer service and account support
- Identify market trends and business opportunities
- Maintain accurate CRM activity and pipeline reporting
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction
- Meet and exceed sales and profitability goals
- 3 plus years of outside B2B sales experience
- Strong experience with prospecting and new business development
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
- Experience managing longer sales cycles and complex deals
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Ability to build long term client relationships
- Experience using Salesforce, SAP, or PowerBI preferred
- Industry experience within fitness, wellness, hospitality, or related industries is a plus
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred or equivalent professional experience
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required
- Territory includes Detroit, MI, Cleveland, OH, and Columbus, OH
- More than 50% travel throughout the territory
- Daily client visits expected
