Position Summary
- Title: Key Account Sales Manager (KA)
- Location: U.S. Columbus, Ohio, or nearby (remote; frequent travel/customer visits)
- Reports to: North America Lead
- Go-to-Market: Direct Sales
- Portfolio: Data center low-voltage devices ACB / MCCB / SSCB / MCB and accessories
- Travel: 30%–60%
Responsibilities
1. Key Account Growth & Target Delivery
· Own annual revenue/margin targets for strategic data center customers in the U.S.
· Build and expand relationships across customer functions (procurement, engineering/R&D, quality, projects, supply chain).
2. Program Execution & Product Adoption
· Lead end-to-end adoption: requirements discovery, samples, testing/validation, technical reviews, quoting/tendering, commercial negotiation, contract closure, first PO, and ramp to production.
· Coordinate internal teams (R&D, testing, quality, supply chain, factory) to meet delivery, quality, and responsiveness expectations.
3. Technical Selling
· Support data center power distribution discussions (ratings, interrupting capacity/kA, selectivity/coordination, reliability, and compliance).
· Translate customer needs and competitive insights into clear action plans to win specifications and platforms.
4. Sales Operations & Risk Control
· Maintain CRM hygiene, pipeline discipline, and forecast accuracy.
· Manage pricing, terms, changes, collections, and AR risk in a compliant manner.
Qualifications
- Education: BS in Electrical Engineering or related STEM preferred.
- Experience: 3 years in low-voltage electrical / power distribution sales or key account roles; data center customer experience preferred.
- Skills: technical-commercial communication, complex program execution, stakeholder management, CRM/pipeline discipline.
- Language: Fluent English; Mandarin is a plus for HQ coordination.
- Other: Frequent travel; authorized to work in the U.S
