- Support attorneys handling Workers' Compensation and Personal Injury matters.
- Organize and maintain case documentation while ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Manage multiple assignments in a deadline-driven environment.
- Utilize Google Chrome and Gmail for daily communication and workflow management.
- Minimum of 1 year of Workers' Compensation or Personal Injury experience required.
- Strong understanding of orthopedic medical terminology required.
- Professional Paralegal Certification and/or a college degree required.
- Proficiency with Google Chrome and Gmail.
- Excellent attention to detail, organizational, and time management skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with strict deadlines.
- Must reside in Pennsylvania, New York, Florida, or New Jersey.
