We're seeking an experienced Real Estate Attorney to join a growing law firm in Greensboro, GA. This position focuses on residential and commercial real estate transactions while working alongside a collaborative legal team dedicated to providing exceptional client service.
Responsibilities
- Handle residential and commercial real estate closings
- Review, draft, and negotiate real estate contracts
- Conduct title reviews and resolve title issues
- Ensure compliance with Georgia real estate laws and regulations
- Advise clients on zoning, permitting, and development matters
- Collaborate with paralegals, lenders, title companies, and real estate agents
- Provide outstanding client service throughout the transaction process
- Active Georgia Bar license required
- Minimum 2 years of real estate law experience
- Experience handling residential and/or commercial closings
- Strong contract drafting and negotiation skills
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities
- Estate planning, probate, or business law experience is a plus
- $100,000-$150,000 annual salary
