Pain Management Physician – Part-Time | Fitchburg, MA

$150,000–$250,000 base productivity bonus | Retention bonus available
Our client, a growing pain management practice, is seeking a board-certified Pain Management Physician to join their Fitchburg clinic on a part-time basis. This role is ideal for a physician who values collaborative, patient-centered care in a multidisciplinary setting—with no call responsibilities and a sustainable workload.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct patient consultations and perform 25–30 interventional procedures per day
Utilize pharmacologic and interventional treatments to create individualized care plans
Procedures May Include
Trigger Point Injections
Epidural Steroid Injections
Selective Nerve Root Blocks
Sacroiliac Joint Injections
Radiofrequency Ablations
Joint and Bursal Injections
Spinal Cord Stimulation
Botox Injections
Sympathetic and Peripheral Nerve Blocks
Platelet Rich Plasma Therapy
Qualifications
MD or DO from an accredited medical school
Completed residency in Anesthesiology, PM&R, or Neurology, plus ACGME-accredited fellowship in Pain Medicine
Board certification in Pain Medicine
Active, unrestricted state medical license and DEA registration
BLS/ACLS certification
