Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive eye exams and medical optometry services
- Diagnose, manage, and treat a wide range of ocular conditions
- Collaborate closely with ophthalmologists and clinical staff
- Maintain efficient patient flow while delivering high-quality care
- Support same-day patient needs and walk-in appointments as necessary
- Travel between clinic locations on a structured and pre-scheduled basis
- Uphold clinical protocols and professional standards
- Contribute to a positive, team-oriented patient experience
- Doctor of Optometry (OD) degree from an accredited program
- Active Texas Optometry license or ability to obtain
- Strong commitment to patient care and clinical excellence
- Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume medical environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional, dependable, and team-oriented approach
- Comfortable working between multiple clinic locations
- $135,000-$150,000 base salary
