Job Summary
This clinician will evaluate patients, build individualized plans of care, and deliver engaging, evidence-based interventions that help children improve independence and meet age-appropriate milestones.
Job Responsibilities: Perform pediatric OT evaluations and interpret findings to establish functional goals. Develop individualized treatment plans in partnership with families and the care team. Provide hands-on therapy addressing fine motor skills, sensory processing, ADLs, coordination, and developmental delays. Track progress through timely documentation and adjust plans based on outcomes and response to therapy. Educate parents/caregivers on strategies and home programs to support carryover. Collaborate with other clinical providers and staff to ensure coordinated care.
Qualifications: Master’s degree (or higher) in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program. Active OT license in the state (or eligible to obtain). Pediatric experience preferred (clinic, school-based, or related pediatric settings). Strong communication skills and comfort partnering closely with families. Schedule & Work Setting: Outpatient clinic setting (pediatric caseload) Monday–Friday schedule No nights / no weekends Open to full-time or part-time,
