The Nurse Leader will oversee clinical operations within a home infusion setting, ensuring high standards of patient care, compliance, and team performance.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and oversee home infusion nursing services Ensure delivery of safe, high-quality patient care Manage, mentor, and schedule nursing staff Maintain compliance with regulatory and documentation standards Collaborate with pharmacy teams and physicians to coordinate care
Qualifications
BSN required; MSN preferred Active RN license in Indiana 5 years of nursing experience, including 2 years in leadership Home infusion or specialty pharmacy experience required Strong knowledge of IV therapy and infusion practices
