Key Responsibilities
Manage all aspects of family law cases including mediations, court hearings, and trials
Advocate assertively and professionally on behalf of clients
Collaborate with attorneys, paralegals, and administrative staff
Deliver a high-quality, tailored client experience
Stay current with legal developments in family law
Utilize platforms such as Clio for case management
Travel as needed to courts throughout Southeastern Pennsylvania
Qualifications
Licensed to practice law in New Jersey with no disciplinary history
Family law experience (divorce, custody, support)
Strong Litigation Skills And Experience Working Directly With Clients
Ability to work remotely with secure high-speed internet and a private workspace
