Salary
Base salary $95,000 – $115,000 annually (negotiable based on experience) plus uncapped commission
Job Summary
The Specialty Infusion Manager is responsible for driving chronic therapy and IVIG patient referrals within a defined territory. This field-based role focuses on building relationships with physicians, clinics, and payors while coordinating with internal pharmacy, nursing, intake, and operations teams to ensure seamless patient service delivery. The role is accountable for achieving revenue growth, expanding market share, and meeting profitability (EBITDA) targets.
Job Responsibilities: Develop and manage relationships with key referral sources such as clinics, physicians, and payors. Generate chronic therapy and IVIG patient referrals within the assigned territory Collaborate with pharmacy, intake, nursing, and operations teams to ensure smooth service execution Achieve net revenue, profit, and market share growth goals Conduct territory planning and performance analysis to guide strategic sales efforts Deliver presentations, in-services, and participate in sales meetings and training sessions Resolve customer service and access-related issues quickly and effectively Support managed care initiatives and reimbursement/pricing submissions Maintain accurate documentation, including call reports and expense reporting Stay informed on disease states, therapies, and reimbursement policies Assist in training and continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business, Healthcare, or related field (or equivalent experience) Minimum 2 years of experience in infusion services or related healthcare business development preferred Experience in Neurology, Immunology, Rheumatology, or Transplant sales strongly preferred Strong background in healthcare sales, referral development, or customer service Knowledge of reimbursement processes preferred Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint) Strong organizational, planning, and time management skills Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills Self-motivated, adaptable, and able to work independently in a field-based role Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities ,
