As an Infusion Nurse, you’ll act as both a caregiver and a resource — ensuring safe, effective infusion treatment while educating patients and guiding care coordination.
What You’ll Do
Responsibilities include: Providing direct infusion care and monitoring patients for complications Using the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care Coordinating closely with pharmacy staff on scheduling, drug delivery, and assessments Documenting care and maintaining communication with the wider care team Educating patients and families on therapy and equipment Consulting with prescribers and referral sources regarding infusion protocols Participating in continuous quality improvement initiatives Responding to on-call needs and managing occasional lab samples What You’ll Bring: Active RN licensure in South Carolina 3 years of infusion experience (hospital, outpatient, home health, or specialty clinic) Strong communication and patient education skills Familiarity with IV therapy standards and infusion-related certifications (preferred) Proficiency with Microsoft Office; CareTend experience a plus Perks & Benefits: Health Insurance Coverage 401(k) Retirement Plan Paid Time Off If you’re ready to make a difference in patients’ lives — and do it alongside a collaborative, mission-driven team — we want to hear from you.
