Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, No weekends

In this role, you will guide a team that supports customers facing life-changing situations—whether assisting a veteran, supporting families of children with special needs, or helping individuals regain mobility after major life events. You will work with specialized products including wheelchair-accessible vehicles, adaptive seating, hand controls, scooters, lifts, and other mobility equipment, while building strong, lasting customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities Leadership & Operations Lead overall business operations, ensuring profitability and performance across all departments. Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve monthly and annual goals. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and adjust strategies to drive results. Team Development Hire, train, mentor, and support a high-performing team. Foster a positive, customer-focused culture built on accountability and collaboration. Provide coaching, training, and deal support to help team members succeed. Customer Experience & Relationship Management Maintain a strong focus on delivering exceptional customer service. Build long-term relationships with customers through trust and personalized solutions. Work directly with customers and employees to resolve challenges and identify opportunities. Sales & Business Growth Drive revenue growth by supporting sales initiatives and ensuring goal attainment. Strengthen market presence by building a network of loyal customers and referral sources. Apply a consultative approach to ensure customers receive the best mobility solutions for their needs.
