What You'll Do
- Lead culinary operations across five hotel dining concepts, ensuring exceptional quality, consistency, and guest satisfaction.
- Inspire, mentor, and develop a high-performing culinary team while fostering a culture of accountability and excellence.
- Develop seasonal menus, chef's tables, wine dinners, tasting menus, holiday programming, and other signature culinary experiences.
- Partner with Food & Beverage leadership, marketing, and resort operations to enhance guest engagement, repeat visitation, and food and beverage revenue.
- Drive financial performance through labor management, purchasing, budgeting, menu engineering, inventory management, and cost control.
- Maintain the highest standards of food quality, sanitation, food safety, and operational excellence.
- 5 years of Executive Chef leadership experience within luxury hotels, resorts, or other upscale hospitality environments.
- Proven success leading multi-outlet culinary operations.
- Experience creating signature dining experiences that enhance the guest experience and drive revenue.
- Luxury resort, Forbes-rated, Michelin-level, or similarly elevated hospitality experience preferred.
- Strong financial acumen with experience managing labor, food cost, purchasing, budgeting, forecasting, and inventory.
- A hands-on leadership style with a passion for mentoring teams and continually improving culinary operations.
- Lead the culinary program for one of the country's most unique luxury hospitality destinations.
- Oversee five distinct restaurant concepts while helping shape the property's culinary identity.
