Escrow & Closing Specialist

Compensation: $45,000 - $70,000 (Based on Experience)
Our client is a respected and growing title and real estate services organization seeking an Escrow & Closing Specialist to join their team in Adams. Whether you've supported closings as an Escrow Assistant, managed transactions as an Escrow Officer, or worked in title processing or closing coordination, we'd love to speak with you.
What You'll Do
Coordinate residential real estate transactions from contract through closing.
Prepare and review escrow and closing documents for accuracy and compliance.
Assist with scheduling and facilitating residential real estate closings.
Communicate with buyers, sellers, lenders, attorneys, and real estate professionals throughout the transaction.
Manage escrow files while ensuring deadlines and regulatory requirements are met.
Handle funds and closing documentation with a high degree of accuracy and professionalism.
Deliver exceptional customer service while managing multiple transactions.
Support post-closing activities and maintain organized transaction records.
What We're Looking For
Experience in escrow, title, real estate closings, or transaction coordination.
Previous experience as an Escrow Assistant, Escrow Officer, Closing Officer, Title Processor, Closing Coordinator, or similar role is preferred.
Understanding of residential real estate transactions.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
Ability to prioritize multiple files in a fast-paced environment.
Notary Public certification is preferred or willingness to obtain.
Experience with title or escrow software is a plus.
