What You'll Do
- Facilitate and coordinate residential real estate closings
- Prepare formal escrow instructions and required closing documentation
- Manage escrow transactions from initial processing through closing
- Securely receive, manage, and disburse transaction funds in accordance with applicable requirements
- Prepare and review title and escrow documentation for accuracy and completeness
- Ensure transaction documents are processed accurately and on schedule
- Communicate with buyers, sellers, real estate agents, and other parties throughout the closing process
- Provide timely updates and address questions related to escrow and closing requirements
- Maintain accurate transaction files, records, and documentation
- Help identify and resolve issues that could impact closing timelines
- Ensure escrow activities follow applicable legal, regulatory, and company standards
- Deliver professional, high-touch customer service throughout each transaction
- Previous experience with escrow processes, residential real estate transactions, or closings
- Understanding of title and escrow documentation and procedures
- Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Ability to manage multiple transactions, priorities, and deadlines
- Strong customer service and relationship-building skills
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Active Notary Public certification or willingness to obtain certification upon hire
- Previous Escrow Officer or Escrow Assistant experience
- Residential title or closing experience
- Real estate or escrow certifications
- Proficiency with escrow or title management software
- Experience communicating directly with buyers, sellers, agents, and other real estate professionals
- Competitive Compensation: $50,000–$65,000 base salary
