What You'll Do
- Lead day-to-day branch and pharmacy operations
- Manage and develop a growing team
- Oversee sterile compounding, pharmacy workflow, quality, and regulatory compliance
- Monitor operational and financial performance, including P&L results
- Partner with nursing, intake, sales, and corporate leadership to support patient care and branch growth
- Active Oklahoma pharmacist license
- BS in Pharmacy required; PharmD or MS preferred
- Direct home infusion experience
- Strong acute-care or hospital pharmacy experience
- Sterile compounding and IV therapy knowledge
- Pharmacy management or leadership experience
- Knowledge of pharmacy compliance, accreditation, and quality standards
- $150,000–$180,000 base salary retention bonus eligibility
