This role is responsible for overseeing day-to-day clinical operations, developing team performance, and building scalable systems to support a growing patient population. Job Responsibilities: Lead and manage a remote team of nurses across multiple time zones Develop and implement KPIs, workflows, and SOPs Hire, onboard, and train clinical staff Ensure quality and consistency across patient interactions Maintain compliance with clinical and regulatory standards Mentor and develop team members to drive performance Support operational scaling and process improvement initiatives
Qualifications: Active RN license (Multistate) Prior experience managing clinical or nursing teams Experience in CCM, PCM, or chronic care management Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills Experience working in remote or telehealth environments is a plus Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment
